It's
a busy time at CMOR. We are excited to be
doing good work with organizations and agencies that are improving the
quality of life in their communities including our annual collaborative
polls and a new Community Health Needs Assessment. We look
forward to many other opportunities to serve the community in the
coming months.
In addition,
we have both had the opportunity to speak at several community events.
We recently presented to Leadership Stark County's Government Academy,
the Akron/Canton Chapter of the American Marketing Association, a class
at the University of Akron and will soon be speaking at Summa Western
Reserve.
At CMOR, we
partner with our clients to make data collection and research easy for
them. Contact
us today to see how we can help you See More
(CMOR) with research.

3 Causes of
Bad Data in Survey Research
Survey
research is a way to learn about a large population by studying a small
random sample of that population. Survey Research is used for many
reasons including reducing a company's risk of making wrong decisions,
providing companies with a "picture" of its clients or
customers, and "weighs" the public's perception of a
particular issue. In order to make data driven decisions, you first
have to ensure that the data that you are basing your decisions on is
both valid and reliable.

CMOR on
Pinterest
Pinterest is the
newest rage in Social Media. Pinterest is an on-line bulletin board
where you can 'pin' images and videos on different boards for easy
access to review later and to share with your network. The images and
videos that are being 'pinned' are often linked to the sites where they
were found and include articles and tips and interesting ideas that
have made this new form of social media so popular. Though at first
Pinterest was seen only as a social network for people to share
recipes, craft ideas, and meaningful quotes, it has morphed into a
valuable marketing tool for businesses to share their products and
increase traffic to their websites as well as their reach to potential
new customers. Click here

Call
Center Corner
The
CMOR call center team is invigorated and excited to work on our
upcoming projects! But keeping the staff motivated isn't as easy as it
seems. Here are three pieces of advice that any company can use for all
levels of staff.
Most
importantly you have to commit to creating an atmosphere of excellence.
People often chuckle at me when I say that but it is simply the truth
and there is no better way to motivate staff to do their best every
day. You do this by holding every member of your staff accountable to
perform at the highest level he or she is capable. By encouraging your
staff to push beyond expectations every day you will see an immediate
improvement. Warning: You can't expect your staff to do so unless you
lead by example!
