Call Center Corner: 2011 Best of the Best


In December, CMOR held our annual call center holiday party. We used this opportunity to recognize our Best of the Best team members. Below is a list of our 2011 Rock Stars:

Karen Lowden: Telephone Interviewer of the Year

Karen, a CMOR Team Member since October 2010, completed nearly 1,000 interviews in 2011. Karen is always willing to go the extra mile to help us finish projects.



Tom Corrick: Field Interviewer of the Year

Tom, a Team Member since May 2010, is a field interviewing Rock Star. In addition to working as a telephone interviewer and Coach, Tom completed more than 600 field interviews in 2011, setting the bar high for the rest of the team.



Monica Mack: Rookie of the Year

In Monica'a short time with CMOR (she joined the team in September), she completed 286 surveys. We look forward to great things from Monica.



Mike Lowden: Management Team Member of the Year

Mike led our award winning team as Session Supervisor for more than 60 sessions in 2011. A CMOR Team Member since August 2009, Mike is our go-to guy when we need someone to energize the team.
